Happy Happy (Happy) Feet!

I’ve made up some two-piece footy jammies and my kids are IN LOVE. These are the Happy Feet Pajamas (*affiliate link) that were just released last night over at Peekaboo Pattern Shop.

Since J is potty trained, she can’t really wear one-piece footy jammies any more and they were her absolute favourite! She loves these and asks to wear them every night! The top is a raglan style shirt with cuffs and a hem band so…..NO HEMMING!  ...read more

I kind of love this Betty skirt. It’s made in a sparkly sweater knit which is PERFECT for winter! You’ve seen another version of this skirt that I made for Skirting the Issue, done with the button placket. This specific one is the easiest of them all – no buttons, no placket…just some gathering! Bloggy Break

Wow, it’s been over two weeks since I even logged on to my blog. It was needed. Time well-spent with friends and preparing for my mom’s soon arrival. I’ve been doing a bit of sewing, some baking, but sometimes I just need to sew without taking photos and bake with my daughter without worrying about getting the perfect shot.
